Cancellation & Refund Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders with the highest standards. However, in the rare event that any of the following issues arise, we are happy to offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference:

  • The package arrives in a visibly damaged condition
  • One or more inner boxes are unsealed or compromised
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Refund Procedure

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please email us at info@shrisangeethas.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a brief explanation along with clear photographs showing the problem. Once our team verifies the details, we will initiate the refund or replacement process. Refunds are typically processed within 72 business hours from the time of approval.

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation by checking the status of your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we regret that we will not be able to accommodate the cancellation or refund. If the order is still pending, we will review and validate your request before initiating a refund.

Please note that in both cases, the refunded amount may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
